2. What data we collect

Contact details you give us — your email address, your name, and any contact details you provide through the email form or the concierge chat.

The content of your enquiry — the messages you send to our concierge and the trip details you describe.

Technical data collected automatically — such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, used to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a charter on your behalf — on the basis of taking steps to enter into and perform a contract, and our legitimate interest in serving you.

To contact you about your enquiry — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest.

To operate, secure and improve the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to answer your enquiry: with our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our concierge service (Helm), our internal team via messaging tools (e.g. Telegram) for notifications, and the charter operators required to check availability and arrange your booking. We do not sell your personal data.

When you follow a link from your account to our partner training service, we pass along a pseudonymous identifier so the partner can attribute your visit to us. Your email, name and phone number are not shared. Any data you provide to the partner directly is processed under their own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for your enquiry or booking and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email concierge@trimteam.ai. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office — ICO).
