Yachts come with a licensed captain — then no sailing licence or experience is needed — or bareboat for guests who hold a licence, and every listing says which; river and canal houseboats are self-drive. TrimTeam is asset-light: the yachts are owned and operated by vetted third-party charter operators, and TrimTeam arranges the charter end to end as your single point of contact.
